Easy Burger


Ingredients
400 gm minced meat
1/3 cup Corn Flakes, finely crushed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 teaspoons curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup oil
6 burger burns, halved and buttered lettuce
Sliced Cucumber, tomato and onions

Preparations
1. Mix thoroughly ingredients and shape into sic 8 cm patties.
2. Heat oil and brown patties evenly on both sides
3. Serve patties in buns with sliced cucumber, tomato, and onion.
If desired, serve with Chilli Sauce or Tomato Ketchup
