Classic Spinach Salad
Ingrediants
1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
5 raw onion rings
1 whole hard boiled egg, sliced
1 whole tomato cut in quarter wedges
2 tbsp salad dressing of choice
melba toast
Rinse and tear up spinach, place on plate, cover with mushrooms, onions, egg, and tomato wedges. Pour dressing on top, serve with melba toast. 140 calories per 4 oz.
