Hot Cheese & Roast Beef Pita Pockets


Ingrediants

1/4 lb cheddar, Velveeta, or other cheese of choice, cubed (not sure of halal status of Velveeta cheese?)
1/4 lb sliced roast beef (another meat could be substituted, or you could omit meat altogether)
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 tbsp sliced green onions
8 tomato slices
2 whole wheat pitas cut in half
Plain yogurt
Mustard of choice
 Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Toss the cheese, meat, broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots, and onion together. Fill each pita bread half with 2 tomato slices and 1/2 cup cheese mixture. Wrap each sandwich in foil, bake 15 minutes, or till cheese melts. Serve with sauce made from yogurt and mustard.
