Cheese-topped dish in potatoes and in leeks

Ingredients (for 6 persons):
- 800 g of leeks
- 800 g of potatoes
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 2 dl of broth (water and cubes)
- 150 g of crème fraiche
- 100 g of cheddar

Preparation:
Clean leeks, keep only the whites. Make them cook 15 mn in the salty boiling water.  
At the same time, make pre-cook potatoes 10 mn in the salt water. Slice thinly the whites of leeks, and the bald potatoes.

Arrange them in coats alternated in a dish with cheese-topped dish by flavoring every coat. Cast anchor of broth and pass in hanging warm oven 25 mn.  
Mix the cream and the worn cheese, pour the whole on vegetables and make brown during 15 mn approximately on warm oven.
